Our nutritional approach includes consultation in proper food choices as well as the preparation and combining of foods for optimum health benefits. All foods are prepared naturally (no yeast, saturated fats/oils, eggs, sugar, flour, dairy products, or preservatives)

We encourage you to promote healthy weight loss or gain using proper food combining techniques

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

The Centre has been engaged in using natural methods to help people achieve better health through weight loss and lifestyle change. The Centre has been promoting this through consultation and health education in the areas of nutrition, exercise and behaviour modification. The program helps you understand how to control your weight and improve your health

How our Program Works

  1. Physical, Mental, emotional and spiritual evaluation by our medical practitioner(s)
  2. Establish individual goals to accomplish a set of objectives
  3. Coordination of treatment protocols (one-to-one consultant) using Safe, Affordable, Non-Toxic, and Effective (SANE) methods
    • Detoxification, Diagnostic Evaluation, Counselling sessions
    • Lymphatic Massage, Exercise/Yoga/Tai Chi/Tibetian
    • Meditation sessions
    • Nutrition – This includes, nutritional demonstration in proper food combining, meal planning and preparation
  4. Three follow-up consultation/evaluation with participants
  5. Fortnightly health education sessions to be presented during lunch hour on topics relating to causes of diseases, nutrition, exercise, stress management, and other healthy lifestyles topics. Lunch is provided.
